| As usual Joe Vitale has wrote another fantastic book. Expect Miracles has lots of advice on how to be positive and attract positiveness into your life. An excellent read, I would definately recommend it. :)) |

I had big expectations when I bought the book. I was disappointed in the fact that Joe is just chewing the same old cud. I've read the same material over and over in his various books. I feel that Joe is pushing the material out as fast as he can to make another buck. His testamonials were helpful, but I noticed that just about everyone had a website which leads me to assume that these people weren't the man on the street.
Dr. Wayne Dyer also puts out inspirational books, but each one of his are on a different topic and well researched.
I've had many miracles in my life and they don't have anything to do with the material in Joe's book. The miracle was spontaneous and unexpected. I didn't ask for the miracle and didn't go through any ritual to get it.
I feel that this book was more on manifestation rather than miracles. This book was truly a waste of my money and time. |

| Look at him there! Vitale: nomen est omen, vital he looks, and vital is his message: "Expect Miracles". His enthusiasm is infectious, I love the book. |

Theory versus practice. You've heard the theory about the Law of Attraction. This is story after story that proves that the practice of it works. What I especially liked about this book is that it's so to the point. This slim volume is so rich in insights I found myself highlighting a few things on nearly every page, and it has been richly rewarding for me personally to me to review those highlighted lines frequently. Joe's description of the techniques and attitudes he champions is extraordinarily clear and therefore highly actionable.
Chapter 4, "Forgiveness is Essential," is brilliant, especially where it talks about the necessity of forgiving ourselves. As long as your hands have a firm hold on your own burden of guilt, they won't be free to receive what the Universe wants you to have. Let it go! Be open to the Spirit and make room. "No matter how bad the past may seem, it is just that, the past. It only has the power you give it today, and that's your choice."
And forgive others. There's a great story on pages 55-57 of the radical transformation of a relationship that can occur when you perform an "experiment in humility and compassion" towards people who are "contrary and cantankerous" toward you.
If you want to move your life forward in a hurry, read this book and re-read it routinely. Just be prepared for the same kind of thrill you feel from a daring amusement park ride: the acceleration will be exhilarating.
